The Director of Dining Services has the responsibility for leading the dining service team members to maximize resident and client satisfaction with food quality and meal service in a supportive senior housing complex and in the provision of meals on wheels. Supervise service of meals by service staff in Traditional Assisted Living as well as Memory Support, Independent Living and Retail. Coordinate seating for residents and their guests at all meals, Work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Restaurants, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Restaurant Managers, line cooks and staff, in regard to customer service, service procedures and standards, menu items and products and equipment used in the dining rooms.
