Responsible for preparation and execution of cleaning, maintenance and proper usage of all kitchen equipment in all outlets. Responsible for ensuring all kitchen equipment is working properly and up to standards set forth by Board of Health. Responsible for training all new Utility Steward employees. Work with department heads on the dining and event needs, executing Banquet Event Orders (BEO) when available. Assists the Chief Utility Steward with weekly inventory of all weekly supplies.
