The Compensation Analyst provides compensation support and advice to Hebrew SeniorLife’s human resources department and management team. The compensation analyst partners with the Manager, Compensation and HRIS to develop, maintain, communicate and administer Hebrew SeniorLife’s compensation programs. Working with HR staff and managers, the Compensation Analyst conducts analysis and recommends changes to Hebrew SeniorLife’s programs and to specific employees’ rates of pay. The compensation analyst will also lead or participate in key compensation-related human resources projects.
