Rehab Services- Seeking Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT)

*Per Diem Occupational Therapist
The Lymphedema Therapist carries out the daily duties of patient care as it pertains to the scope of practice , and according to departmental policies and procedures and standards of treatment. This role has an emphasis in the area of Lymphedema management, however the co-worker may perform other duties as assigned throughout established HRC service lines including Outpatient therapy, long-term chronic care and, post-acute care service lines.
Organize and conduct occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Direct client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation of productivity in order to diminish or correct pathology.
Member and partner of the patient care delivery team. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the philosophy and goals of the mission of Hebrew SeniorLife and recognize patient dignity and choice in aspects of daily life. Strive to make every encounter with patients/families into a positive and meaningful experience and opportunity, while providing safe and efficient quality of care.
