The Sales Counselor and Professional Relationship Manager is a member of the Hebrew SeniorLife Marketing and Sales team with primary responsible for the rental of assisted living apartments. The Assisted Living Community is an integral component of the NewBridge on the Charles continuum of care. It consists of 51 “traditional” assisted living units and 40 memory support apartments. The goal is to maintain full occupancy at all times.
Through outreach work, s/he builds connections in the community with professionals to drive referrals to our communities and health care business lines. S/he also works closely with the AL Executive Director to create in-reach initiatives that support moves through the NBOC continuum.
The Sales Counselor and HSL Professional Manager also participates in the independent living and HRC-NewBridge sales process as needed.
