**This is a per diem position with a schedule of 2 days/week from now through September with potential to stay on as a per diem employee**
In collaboration with the attending physician, the Geriatric Nurse Practitioner will provide care to patients one or more clinical venues of Hebrew Rehabilitation Center. Services will focus on the management of chronic and episodic illness.
Position Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Masters Degree required. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
License: Licensed as nurse practitioner by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
Certification: National Certification as Geriatric, Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
Experience:
Four years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
Two years as nurse or nurse practitioner in geriatric facility preferred.
