The Receiver / Mail Clerk is a member of the Culinary Services team. Accept and stock daily food and beverage products, and non-food products. Maintain (stock, rotate stock, and clean) the general storeroom, walk-in coolers, and main kitchen freezer in accordance with general stocking practices and serve safe requirements, to ensure wholesome, quality food and beverage. Issue reqs, and deliver food, beverage, and non-food products to departments in accordance to the requisition policies and procedures. Assist the supervisor in purchasing all food and beverage related inventories. Working directly with the Supervisor of Purchasing and the Receiving Supervisor of Central stores, pick up and deliver packages and mail across Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL) communities.

Safety Requirements
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential risk to your health or safety. NBOC will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your supervisor.

NOTE: New bridge on the Charles operates 7 days a week 365 days a year. This position requires flexibility in regards to scheduling including the potential of working weekend shifts.
