Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with all Enhanced Living Resident Assistants to ensure all resident needs are met
• Mentor and guide students and volunteers as request
• Assist in departmental duties that keep the department neat, orderly, and professional
• Assist in orienting and training new staff, students, and volunteers
• Provide additional training and support to staff that need help with any issues that may arise
• Responsible for overseeing Enhanced Living Resident Assistant schedule and ensuring continued coverage
• Perform other related duties as requested

Required Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and work well with others
• Must have time management skills
• Must be flexible and willing to change according to the needs of the residents
• Must be comfortable taking initiative
• Must possess a positive, can do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA/Resident Assistant/direct care giving experience strongly preferred
