  • Take genuine interest in dining room guests and ownership for their satisfaction.
  • Team up and collaborate with kitchen and service staff as needed.
  • Develop skills that enable you to work flexibly throughout all dining rooms.
  • Communicate openly about anything that impacts guest satisfaction and your job performance.
  • Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, personal hygiene and housekeeping.
  • Be flexible to adjust job function according to the challenges of each shift.

Required Qualifications

  • Open to coaching and development and able to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
  • Must pass a CORI background check and physical exam including TB test.
  • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 or willing to be vaccinated.
  • Able to stand long periods of time and walk short distances.
  • Able to lift objects up to 25 pounds, repetitive stooping, twisting and reaching.
